Mrs. Nneoma Nkechi Rochas Okorochas (Ph.D)
(The Founder)

Nneoma Nkechi Rochas Okorocha (Ph.D) is the founder of WODDI (the nurturer). She holds a diploma in Hotel Management from Malvin School of Catering, a BSc honors degree in Accountancy, Masters in International Law and Diplomacy. She also holds a Ph.D in International Law and Diplomacy.
Her personality resonates genuine love and compassion for humanity. She is driven by the mandate to provide succor and relief to the indigent widows and orphans. This desire gave birth to her non-governmental organization “WODDI: The Nurturer.”
Over the years, she has positively impacted thousands of individuals through WODDI. From providing shelter to the indigent widow who has no place to call home, her SNARP project has built over 205 well-furnished 2-bedroom apartments and handed to indigent widows at no cost. This has brought laughter to their faces.
More than 1,700 young women through her women empowerment and skills acquisition programme (WESAP) have been empowered with valuable skills to become financially free and self-reliant.
Her passionate concern for the girl child and women birthed the WODDI Girl-Child Leadership and Counseling Programme which is aimed at informing, inspiring and nurturing the girl-child as well as instilling lasting ethical principles and values in them. This programme counsels, and empowers young girls to become tomorrow’s nurturers. Also, the WODDI Women Prayer Meeting was created to equip women spiritually to enable them carry out their God-given role of home and nation building effectively.
Nkechi Rochas believes that education is vital for growth and development and desires that everyone should have access to quality education. This desire is expressed in her taking up the position of a Director in Rochas Foundation which supports and promotes educational development. The Rochas Foundation has colleges spread across 9 states in Nigeria where it provides free and meaningful education to thousands of underprivileged children in Nigeria and those from other countries in Africa.
In furtherance of her passion for human development through education, Nkechi Rochas is also a writer, and author and member of the Association of Nigeria Authors (ANA). Some of her books are; Home Builder, Woman: An Intercessor, Dignity of Womanhood etc. She is also the publisher of Nneoma Magazine.
Besides her numerous charitable endeavors, Nkechi Rochas is also an entrepreneur with a string of companies including All-In and Royal Spring Palm Hotels.
In recognition of her good works and immense contributions she is fondly called “Nneoma” by the people of Imo State. This title translates to “Good Mother”.
